Nepal-Gyirong DEM Dataset

This dataset provides a Digital Elevation Model (DEM) for the area surrounding the Gyirong-Rasuwagadhi border region between China and Nepal, sourced from the Copernicus GLO-30 DEM. It is delivered in GeoTIFF (.tif) format at a 30 m spatial resolution, derived through spatial clipping and coordinate alignment of the original global raster data while fully preserving elevation values and georeferencing information. The dataset captures the topographic and geomorphological characteristics of this China–Nepal border region, supporting GIS-based applications such as terrain analysis, hydrological modeling, and cross-border infrastructure site selection.
